This to use of Click to Pay with your Visa Card once we have enrolled your Visa Card in Click to Pay, even if you have previously self-enrolled the Visa Card for Click to Pay directly with Visa.
- The other terms and conditions in these Conditions of Use applicable to use of your Visa Card still apply when using Click to Pay.
- You must not misuse or interfere with Click to Pay.
- Click to Pay uses your email address or mobile number to identify you and your linked cards. Click to Pay may automatically populate your billing address with the address you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details you have provided to us are correct and remain up to date.
- Visa may modify Click to Pay from time to time. Your continued use of Click to Pay indicates acceptance. We may update the terms and conditions applicable to Click to Pay in accordance with these Conditions of Use.
- You may unenroll your Visa Card from Click to Pay at any time.
- Neither we nor Visa are a party to transactions between you and a merchant using Click to Pay.
- Our Privacy Policy applies to our disclosure and use of your personal information in relation to Click to Pay.
