After-Hours Support 

We understand that banking issues can occur outside normal business hours. To support our members outside of business hours, 24/7 support is available for Visa Card enquiries and limited after-hours support is available for other banking emergencies. 

Outlined below is information on how to access after-hours support.  

 

Full 24/7 Visa Card Support.  

Outside of business hours our Visa Fraud Department called Vigil is available 24 hours a day, 7 days week to assist with any visa card enquiries. This includes on weekends and public holidays.  

Their contact number is 1300 705 750.  

Vigil can assist with lost or stolen cards, fraudulent card transactions, card declines and card security controls.  

Vigil does not assist with recovering lost funds or ordering visa cards. For assistance with recovering lost funds or ordering a visa card please contact CWCU during business hours.  

Members can also temporarily block or permanently stop their card via the CWCU Mobile Banking App. This can be done through the cards section.  

 

Limited after-hours support for other banking emergencies.  

Outside of business hours there is limited support for banking emergencies unrelated to visa cards.

  • These email inboxes are monitored less frequently outside of business hours; however, we will try our best to respond to urgent enquiries as soon as possible.  
  • Responses could be delayed until the next business day.  
  • This channel should only be used for urgent or emergency matters.
