Members please note that we will be no longer offering the Rediphone Service from the 31st May 2024.

The developer of this facility has advised us that the system is not viable to continue. We now invite Phone Banking members to use our Internet Banking or Mobile App services for all of your remote banking needs.

This decision has been made after other Phone Banking alternatives were investigated. We believe that the CWCU Banking App and Internet Banking are suitable and popular alternatives. The CWCU App suits the changing of needs and preferences of our customers, as well as advancements in technology, cybersecurity and industry trends and standards.

Our Internet Banking and Mobile App services offer a range of features that make banking more convenient and accessible for you, such as:
