Central West Credit Union can provide members with a variety of savings accounts including everyday savings, special purpose and christmas club accounts.
These accounts can be tailored to your needs.
On-Call Savings (S1)
An everyday access account with the options of chequing, redicard, rediphone, redinet and direct entry.
Special Purpose Savings (S2, S3, S7)
These accounts are available for budgeting or any other specific goals and also have chequing, redicard, rediphone, redinet and direct entry facilities available.
Christmas Club (S4)
Designed to take the hassles out of xmas spending during the most expensive time of the year. Save regularly throughout the year with your funds being available from 1st November until end of February.
eAccess Saver (S8)
This account is purely for Internet or Phone Banking use. It pays a high rate of interest calculated on the daily balance, paid monthly. No over the counter, Eftpos, ATM or cheque transactions are allowed. A great account for members who want to maximise the interest on their savings, but also want to be able to access their funds at call.
Mortgage Smart Plus (S12)
An account offered to Mortgage Smart Home Loan borrowers. This account allows your more freedom with your everyday personal finances. Benefits of this account include Fee Free Personal Transaction account and Visa Card Access.
Golden Account (S6)
Everyday savings accounts that comply with the governments deeming rate. Chequing, redicard, rediphone, redinet and direct entry facilities are available.
Investment Savings (S9)
With a minimum balance of only $200 this at-call account pays a higher rate of interest. Chequing, rediphone, redinet and direct entry facilities are available.
EDVEST Cash Management (S10)
This account is specifically designed for EDVEST members and has a tiered interest rate.Chequing, redicard, rediphone, redinet and direct entry facilities are available.
Pocket Rocket Saver (S14)
This account can only be opened for students at schools who have adopted the Central West Credit Union School Banking program. The account has been designed to assist with teaching students to save.
