Central West Credit Union RediNet is our Internet Banking service which provides you with access to your accounts around the clock and allows authorised members to select from a range of service options.
RediNet is an environment which is safe and secure and can be accessed at your computer.
Account Balances
Lists your savings, investments and loan balances.
Transaction History
Enables you to preview your recent transactions, by specifying a certain number or by a specified date.
Transaction Download
This will allow you to view your statement within a nominated time frame. You can also download this information to your computer for use with the 'Quicken' financial software package.
Interest Earned & Charged
Displays all interest both earned and charged on your accounts in the previous and current financial years.
Payment Authorities
All periodic payments that you have authorised the credit union to pay from your account will be listed.
Direct Entry Details
All direct credits into your account will be listed here. It will show you how this credit was distributed.
Funds Transfer
This option will allow you to transfer money within your own membership.
Make a Payment
By nominating the account, the amount and your reference number (eg. account number) you can make a single payment to a selected payee (eg; Telstra).
Password Change
Allows you to change your password whenever you choose.
Terms and Conditions
Available on application. You will also view the conditions of use prior to using RediNet.
Exit
For privacy and security reasons members must always remember to exit Central West Credit Union RediNet using the EXIT button after they have finished. This ensures your secure session is terminated.
BPay
You can use BPay by logging into RediNet Internet Banking.
To register simply complete an application form available from your nearest branch or agency. You will be then issued with a password which will be sent to you by mail.
Security is of utmost importance to both you our member and the credit union. Our browser based internet banking service uses the latest 128 bit Verisign digital encryption certificate to protect your data when it is being sent over the internet. Each time you connect to RediNet your browser is sent a digital certificate. This certificate securely identifies the site you are connecting to, and is used to establish the encrypted session. Confirmation that your internet banking session is encrypted is the appearance of a "lock" symbol at the foot of your browser.
Additional Security
Members can apply or download a security token as an extra layer of identity protection when they use Redinet. Click here to learn more about Security Tokens.
