RediPhone is our telephone service which provides access to your account by making a simple phone call. Your account is at your fingertips night and day.
Simply call 1300 36 76 56 or (02) 6862 6305 for mobile phone and interstate callers, and follow the instructions.
RediText allows you to receive account information to your mobile phone via text message.
If you have a mobile phone or a text enabled home phone you can use it to keep track of your account.
To register for RediText, you will need an existing RediNet login. Login to your RediNet account, then click on the “Other” tab. From here you can select “Alerts” or the “SMS Banking” button.
