We're making some changes

On Tuesday 5th September 2017 some of the forms on our website may not work as expected, as we make some improvements. This includes RediNet and Loan Application forms. This will NOT affect RediNet Online banking or other banking services.
 

What are we changing?

We are making some improvements to the back-end of our website and in-house systems, so that we can better respond to your requests and manage your applications.

This period of scheduled maintenance includes changes to all forms on the website including:

  • Loan and RediNet applications
  • General enquiries
  • Newsletter subscriptions
  • Registrations of interest in products
 

How will this affect me?

Alongside our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint and paper use, we are making improvements to the ways we communicate with our members and community.

This will not impact your RediNet Online banking experience, or any other part of our website.

You might notice a change in the acknowledgement emails you receive when you complete a form, or that from time-to-time, messages appear on our site.
