How To Apply for a New Product Online with CWCU

As a local Credit Union, nothing makes us more proud than seeing smiling customers. We want to make each and every banking experience easier and happier for our members.

That’s why we’ve made it easier to get started with new products online.

The steps vary depending on what type of product you’re after. For some products, you can complete the full registration or application online. For the majority of products you’ll be able to get started and request more information on certain products by registering your interest - one of our team will get back to you to answer any questions or get you signed up.

Savings Accounts

You can register your interest in the On-Call Savings, eAccess Saver and Investment Savings accounts direct from the CWCU homepage.

What will I need?

Registering your interest is easy. Just provide your name, contact details and information on your closest branch and we’ll be in touch.

Home, Car and Personal Loans

If you’re a CWCU member, you can complete your loan application online. The form does take some time to complete, so we recommend having all your information and documentation on-hand before you start.

CWCU can arrange a variety of types of insurance for you through CGU Insurance. To get started on a quote, head to our insurance page and click the ‘get a quote’ button under the relevant insurance type.

What will I need?

This will depend on the type of insurance you are looking for. Through CGU we offer Home and Contents, Motor Vehicle, Landlord and Travel Insurance. Make sure you have any relevant information (such as car registration details) on-hand as you start your quote.

Cards and other ways to bank

Phone Apps

We offer Apple Pay, Android Pay and our own Mobile Banking and Payments App. Simply download the relevant app to your phone to get started.

Online Banking & eStatements

You can register for RediNet online banking directly from our website, or by contacting your local branch or agency. Once that is done, you can register for eStatements from within RediNet online banking. Just click the ‘Account Options’ tab, then online statements and make sure your email address is correct. Tick your accounts and accept the terms and conditions to sign-up.

RediPhone or RediText

Visa Cards and Security Tokens
