You may not be aware - but Central West Credit Union has some fantastic remote banking services.
They have been in place for a long time, giving you access to your money anytime, anywhere.
Whilst we are encouraging our customers to utilize these services, we are still open for business and you can call into anyone of our branches to continue to receive our great service. We have social distancing measures in place and you will need to stay 1.5m from staff and other members. We are regularly cleaning our service areas for your safety.
We are all having to adapt, to keep the wheels turning.
Although you may prefer to receive our personal service in branch, we also wanted to outline the other forms of banking services we provide.
RediNet Online Banking
is our Internet Banking service which provides you with access to your accounts around the clock and allows authorised members to select from a range of service options.
RediNet is a secure environment that can be accessed at your computer. It offers a safe way to access your finances, transfer funds and make payments, anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.
For added protection, members can also apply or download a security token as an extra layer of identity protection when they use Redinet.
Use RediNet to view:
- Account Balances
- Savings, investments and loan balances
- Transaction History
- Recent transactions, by number or date
- Your statements within a nominated timeframe
- Interest earned and charged
