NOTICE OF 58th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Members are advised that the 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central West Credit Union Limited will be held at 6.00pm on Wednesday 20th November 2024, at the Credit Union’s Head Office at 269 Clarinda Street Parkes.
(To help us prepare for the AGM, we would appreciate it if you could inform us if you intend to personally attend the AGM, by contacting Meaghan Smith on 02 6862 2788).
AGENDA
1. Receipt of the Financial Report, Directors Report, and Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2024.
2. To consider and, if thought fit, to approve the following resolutions:
- That Graeme Mark DEAN, is appointed as a director until the end of the 2027 AGM; and
- That Benjamin Luke ADAMS, is appointed as a director until the end of the 2027 AGM.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
Agenda Item 2: Election of Directors
Graeme Mark DEAN and Benjamin Luke ADAMS have been nominated for election as Directors.
Graeme Mark DEAN and Benjamin Luke ADAMS retire as elected directors at the end of the 2024 AGM in accordance with the credit union’s constitution and seek re-election.
As there are no other candidates for election, the election process is discontinued. Members will vote on the appointment as Directors of Graeme Mark DEAN and Benjamin Luke ADAMS by individual resolutions at the AGM.
Proxies
A member entitled to attend and vote at this meeting of the Credit Union is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Credit Union.
To be effective, proxy forms must reach the Credit Union’s registered office, 269 Clarinda Street Parkes NSW 2870 (Fax: 02 6862 4878), not later than 48 hours before the start of the AGM. If you require an Appointment of Proxy form, please contact the Credit Unions Secretary on (02) 6862 2788.
